Telesales Representative

Job Summary:

TUV Austria is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell professional training programs including ISO Lead Auditor Courses, HSE Courses, Leadership Programs, and Soft Skills Trainings. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and converting inquiries into confirmed training registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and corporate leads.
  • Promote and sell ISO Lead Auditor Courses (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Market HSE trainings, Leadership Development Programs, and Soft Skills Courses.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Explain course outlines, fee structures, schedules, and certification benefits.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
  • Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/Excel records.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with the training department for batch confirmations and participant lists.
  • Build long-term relationships with HR managers, compliance officers, and corporate clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in training, certification, or education sector.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident phone handling and objection-handling ability.
  • Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards and HSE concepts will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
