Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative based in Faisalabad. The Telesales Representative will handle daily tasks such as making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining property management offerings, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored solutions. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with prospective customers, addressing inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively
• Customer Support skills to address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Sales skills and experience working in target-driven environments
• Willingness to undergo Training to improve skills and learn industry-specific knowledge
• Ability to work in an on-site setting and collaborate with a team
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding basic office software is beneficial
• Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or a related field are advantageous
