Telesales Representative

We are looking for an energetic, clear-speaking and highly motivated Junior Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is ready to kick-start their career in sales and thrives on building connections over the phone.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional verbal communication skills and a natural ability to turn "no" into "maybe" and "maybe" into "yes."

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling or following up on warm leads to introduce our products/services.
• Engagement: Pitch product features and benefits effectively, tailoring the conversation to meet the specific needs of the prospect.
• Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify leads based on specific criteria before handing them off to the senior sales team or scheduling demos.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication: Fluent and persuasive verbal communication.
• Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Persistence: A resilient "thick-skinned" attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Active Listening: The ability to understand customer pain points and respond with empathy and solutions.
• Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience: Freshers with a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
