Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves promoting and selling credit card products over the phone, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote credit card products
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain proper follow-ups and conversion tracking
• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain professional communication at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of UAE banking experience (mandatory)
• Prior experience in credit card sales or telesales preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
