Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Nextera’s products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales performance on the CRM system.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Ensure a positive customer experience that supports Nextera’s brand image.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in Education field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and persuasion ability.
Good command of both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
