Telesales Representative (Gujarati Speaking)

We are looking for a result-driven Gujarati-speaking Telesales Executive who is confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling leads, converting them into customers, and ensuring a smooth sales experience while handling queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads to drive conversions
  • Explain products/services clearly and handle objections confidently
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in CRM
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi/English
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telesales, call center, or FinTech/Finance industry
  • Experience in lead conversion and target-based roles
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage
