Telesales Representative - Pest Control Experience

Tele Sales Representative Job Role :

To proactively generate leads and drive sales by making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting general pest control services, scheduling appointments, and supporting overall business growth through effective telecommunication and customer engagement.

⦁ Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote general pest control services and generate leads.

⦁ Send the company profile, schedule appointments for inspections or treatments, and coordinate with the operations team.

⦁ Ensure and maintain accurate records of calls, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and customer interactions and follow-ups.

⦁ Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings and actively following up on potential leads.

Qualification ?

⦁ High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Business or Marketing is a plus.

⦁ Proven experience in Tele sales, marketing, and customer service — preferably in the pest control services industry (Any Nationality preferred).

⦁ Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

⦁ Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office.

⦁ Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
