Telesales Representative & Receptionist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to actively seek out and engage prospective customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels to promote and sell our products or services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote financial products (mutual funds, life & general insurance, investment solutions).
• Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive sales techniques.
• Reach out to customers through email campaigns, follow-up calls, and other communication channels to nurture leads and close sales.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively offer solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate financial products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM/database.
• Stay updated with financial products, market trends, and compliance guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• tele sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Financial Consultant: 1 year (Preferred)
