Role Summary
We are hiring a Female Telesales Representative to join our sales team. If you have experience in solar sales or general call-center telesales, this is your chance to work in a supportive environment with clear growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential residential and commercial customers.
• Present solar energy solutions, answer customer queries, and build interest.
• Follow up on leads, maintain accurate records, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Experience in solar sales or call-center/telesales (fresh candidates with good communication may also apply).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer skills (CRM or MS Office is a plus).
• Motivated to achieve targets and grow with the company.
