Telesales / Sales Executive for Call center ( Walkin interview)

Key Requirements

• Office timing : 2pm to 10pm

Responsibilities

• Manage amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to sell products
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Requirements and skills

• Previous experience in a customer support role or Sales
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening (in English)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contract, Commission
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
