Telesales - Spanish, Dutch, French Speakers

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic international real estate team. You will be responsible for selling our premium properties to clients worldwide through professional phone-based communication. This role requires a results-driven, persuasive, and client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients globally via phone, email, or other communication channels to present and sell real estate properties.
• Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored property solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Provide clients with all necessary property information, including pricing, documentation, and investment benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and client engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in real estate or high-ticket products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable selling to an international client base across different time zones.
• Results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• English fluency required; additional languages are a plus. (Spanish, Dutch , French)
