Position Overview:
You will be responsible for providing customers with efficient, accurate, and friendly service for their routine financial transactions. Tellers build customer relationships and promote the bank's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Verify customer identity, account details, and transaction legitimacy to prevent fraud.
- Balance cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, ensuring strict accuracy.
- Answer basic customer inquiries regarding accounts and services.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate financial specialists (e.g., for loans, new accounts, or investments).
- Prepare and process essential documents and reports.
- Maintain a neat and secure workstation and adhere to all bank security and compliance procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Prior cash handling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a high degree of integrity.
- Basic proficiency with computers and common office software.

Pay: Up to QAR6,500.00 per month
