Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Telugu Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Telugu language education to students in grades 6 to 8, promoting language proficiency, cultural understanding, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Telugu lessons according to the school curriculum and educational standards.
• Teach reading, writing, grammar, literature, and conversational Telugu to middle school students.
• Encourage student participation and foster a positive learning environment that motivates students to develop interest in the Telugu language and culture.
• Evaluate students' performance through regular assessments, assignments, and oral activities.
• Provide individual support to students who need extra help or guidance in mastering the language.
• Integrate modern teaching aids and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and teacher development workshops.
• Ensure adherence to the school’s policies and promote discipline in the classroom.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telugu Language, Literature, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching Telugu at the middle school level is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the Telugu language (oral and written).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and working with young students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
