TEM Analyst

Adecco is hiring a TEM Analyst for our client, a leading company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.

Job Title: TEM – Analyst

Employment Type - 6-months contract(extendable)

2. JOB PURPOSE:

· To liaise with Telecom vendors / service providers (local and international) and assist network.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Attending ITSM calls (Rectifying links problems and outage, analyse business requirements and placing orders

with Etisalat and DU under the supervision of the line manager).

• Plans agendas for and facilitates required meetings; prioritizes and drives cross-functional activities as related

to the installations.

• Maintaining and updating database of telecom inventory (Etisalat, Du, Orange)

4. Job Context

· Coordinate and implement Etisalat links Upgrade /change with all concerned teams bank wide.

· Attending ITSM calls (Rectifying links problems and outage (Incidents management), Analyse business

requirements and placing orders with Etisalat and DU under the supervision on the line manager).

· Provide and supervise all telecom activities and requirements for new branches, closed branches, shifted

branches and Data centres (KIZAD- TCN- Khubeirah- Khalifa).

· Coordinating with business teams on BAU activities

· Providing onsite support for all Telecom Vendors across domestic and international premises.

· Support the security team in managing, ordering, cancelling telephone, fax, police alarm, CCTV links.

· Builds and maintains inventory lists as required.

· Performs other duties as requested by supervisor/Manager.

5. FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:

· Able to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.

· Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

· Good level of experience and comfort in dealing with ambiguity, work-conflicts and focus on results

· Ability to work independently

6. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication/ Computer Science/ Computer information systems

· Knowledge and understanding of telecommunications products and services.

· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Intermediate to Advanced functions.

· Understanding of common Telecom terms, understanding of TRA norms in UAE.
