We are looking for an Owned Media Coordinator to join our Middle East affiliate on a 6-month contract, supporting best-in-class execution across owned social media channels. This role will be a key executional partner across Brand Marketing, Creative, and Earned Media teams, helping bring brand stories to life through social-first content.
About The Role

Manage and execute Instagram content calendars across multiple brands including MAC Cosmetics.

Lead monthly content calendar briefings and execution with Brand teams to align on:

New launch focuses

Hero products
-
Offers & retail moments
-
Collaborations (including influencer and media partnerships)

Define key content pillars for upcoming launches and translate them into social-first executions.

Collaborate closely with the Earned Media team on influencer briefing inputs and creator content integration.

Partner with EMEA and Global counterparts to align on regional social cadence calendars, then adapt for Middle East market needs.

Stay up to date on social trends, formats, and platform updates; cascade trends to Brand Marketing and Earned Media teams.

Film and capture social content aligned to platform trends and brand moments.

Work with the wider Digital Commerce Marketing team (Creative, Earned, Online) to ensure creator and brand assets fulfill campaign requirements.

Produce monthly owned social reporting across brands, showcasing channel growth, engagement metrics, and opportunities to accelerate performance.

Update internal reporting tools on creator content performance and cascade learnings to key stakeholders.
