Advertised Job Summary
Full-Time/Temporary, Administrative Assistant for USCA LIFE, 37.5 hours/week at $20/hour, USCA School of Education
This individual will provide administrative support to the USCA LIFE program in the form of scheduling meetings, routing correspondences, creating written communications, and coordinating activities and support initiatives. Additional responsibilities include attendance at regional fairs and events (as needed), supporting the staff of the LIFE program administratively, coordinating all financials and invoicing, designing marketing materials, collaborating with campus and community partners, and coordinating events for prospective and accepted students. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential as this person serves as the initial point of contact for the LIFE program. Person assuming this position must maintain an organized, carefully planned environment allowing for management of files and must be good at problem-solving when the need arises.
