TEMP Orthodontic Dental Assistant

We are looking for a TEMPORARY experienced orthodontic assistant with an outgoing personality, self motivated and great work ethic to compliment our rocking office.

Mon-Thurs 32-36 hrs per week, this is a full-time temporary position that will be available from Late May- Early/Mid August

Outcomes to Accomplish as an Orthodontic Assistant

1. Dependable and kind team player who will deliver the highest level of “Wow” to every patient and exceed their expectations.

2. Braces adjustment appointments

- must be able to remove and replace arch wires after adjustment in timely manner

- must be able to understand and follow directions for individual adjustments

3. 3D impression scanning (Invisalign & appliances) and records taking

- must be able to take full arch 3D scans in less than 6 minutes after training period

- enter appliance or Invisalign prescriptions onto website

- taking digital diagnostic x-rays

4. Updating parents and patients on treatment

- After each appointment, assistant should walk patient to waiting room to update parents on what was done that day and answer basic questions. Discussing treatment plans etc is not expected of assistant.

5. Delivering highest level of customer service

- Must be on their “A-game” each day to exceed patient’s expectations (high energy, well rested & focused)

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Orthodontic Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:
