Temp to Perm Front Desk Reception

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Temp to Perm Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, bilingual (if applicable), and possess a friendly demeanor that creates a welcoming environment. This position offers the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment for the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, efficiency, and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Handle all clerical tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records.
  • Support office management by scheduling meetings, and managing conference room bookings.
  • Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Support personal assistant tasks as needed to help streamline daily operations and improve organizational efficiency. Experience
  • Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills are desirable but not necessary to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors.
  • Experience in customer service or customer support roles that require excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
