Our Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration, etc.,
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple teams simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

▪ Creation, configuration, and publication of all communication templates (push

notifications, SMS) in the Hepsi Message system.

▪ Ensuring proper formatting and accuracy of template texts in line with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

▪ Collaboration with product teams and message sources.

▪ Updating existing templates when business processes, campaigns, or legal wording change.

▪ Maintaining a database of all templates (classification, version, approval date).

▪ Quality control: verifying message display across different devices and languages.

▪ Preparing reports on template usage and providing optimization suggestions.
