ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Reviews and distributes work via customer relationship management system to appropriate benefits team personnel across the country. Includes Salesforce cases, benefit related forms, and scheduling meetings.
  • Compiles and manages analytics data and reports for benefits group in all business segments and distributes to relevant parties.
  • Manages data for all benefit education meetings which includes wellbeing reports, benefit education reports, scheduling, and communication.
  • Supports audit and administrative functions and processes for the National Benefits Team.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge and understanding of Insperity’s benefit offerings to clients and worksite employees.
  • Communicates with internal partners and clients to coordinate education meetings including logistics, and scheduling for national benefits team.
  • Coordinates prospect calls by supporting sales partners in scheduling calls with a benefits representative.
  • Manages the Benefit Coordinator Salesforce queue which includes meeting scheduling, support of the ABCP process.
  • Applies sound judgment and keen attention to detail to manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of work within the Benefits Department and enabling effective support for internal teams and clients.
  • Provides project support as necessary throughout the year.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Two years of related work experience is preferred.
