Temporary Call Center Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Temporary Call Center Representative to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently. As a Temporary Call Center Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and supporting various customer needs through outbound and inbound calls. (We are planning to run this project for a week and expect to have 20 hours total.)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote relevant services or products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry tools and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to promote services persuasively when required.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
