• Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the flexibility to support 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM occasionally
• Start: Monday, April 27, 2026
• Children: Two boys ages 3 and 1.5
• Salary: $27 - $32 PER HOUR DOE

We are seeking a warm, dependable, and engaging temporary nanny to care for our two young boys while our full time nanny recovers from knee replacement surgery. This position will last approximately two to three months, and we are committed to making the transition smooth, organized, and well supported.

We are an active and family oriented household, and our days are full of movement including park outings, neighborhood walks, errands, and small adventures to get out of the house. We value time outdoors, learning through play, and staying engaged. At home, we maintain a balance between structure and flexibility. We have consistent routines that help our boys feel secure while also embracing the joyful energy that comes with this stage of life.

We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, organized, and proactive. Our boys are energetic and curious and love being active, so we are hoping to find someone playful and nurturing who enjoys encouraging independence and learning through everyday activities.

NANNY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide attentive and hands on care for two toddlers
- Engage in age appropriate activities that support learning and development
- Encourage outdoor play, exploration, and active time
- Read daily and foster curiosity and creativity
- Manage daily routines including meals, naps, and transitions
- Prepare simple and healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Maintain a safe and tidy environment in children’s spaces
- Clean up toys and organize play areas
- Complete children’s laundry as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience caring for toddlers and managing sibling dynamics
- Warm, nurturing, and patient
- Energetic and comfortable with active outdoor play
- Confident setting gentle but consistent boundaries
- Strong communicator who is proactive and organized
- CPR and First Aid certification strongly preferred
- Reliable vehicle
- Comfortable working in a home with two friendly Goldendoodles
