Temporary General Construction Laborer

Location: Waipahu, HI
Duration: 4–6 Month Assignment

We are seeking hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Temporary General Construction Laborers for a project in Waipahu, Hawaii. Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of construction and site preparation activities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with installation and construction tasks.
• Follow company safety policies and jobsite procedures.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must have valid drivers license.
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
