Temporary HR Adminstrator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Administrator to provide temporary support during a leave of absence. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR functions
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Respond to employee inquiries and route questions as needed
  • Support payroll coordination and benefits administration tasks
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring activities
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Required: Previous experience in an HR or administrative support role
  • Preferred: Experience with Paylocity HRIS
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Additional Details:

  • This is a temporary, full-time position from April through August 2026
  • Training and handoff will be provided prior to the leave period
  • Opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive environment
