Temporary Insurance Coverage Attorney

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Texas offices of an AmLaw 100 firm in their search for a Temporary Insurance Coverage Attorney. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Texas, located in Dallas or Houston and meet the following requirements:

• At least three years of experience analyzing coverage and preparing coverage opinions.
• Experience litigating first and third party claims concerning multiple coverage and bad faith.
• Experience with all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, performing legal research, and taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent research and writing skills are required.
• A competitive salary hourly rate is offered.
• Position offers remote work and will require the ability to travel on an as needed basis.
