- Serve as the first point of contact for all tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with tenants by delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including office inspections, key handovers, and welcome orientations.
- Monitor lease agreements, renewal timelines, and proactively communicate with tenants regarding upcoming renewals or changes.
- Collaborate with facilities, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to ensure all reported issues are addressed promptly.
- Conduct regular tenant visits and satisfaction surveys to identify areas of improvement and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, service requests, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team by generating leads and referrals through existing tenant networks.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, UAE tenancy laws, and RERA regulations.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
