Job Overview

Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of its client, seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tender & Bidding Executive to support our tendering and procurement activities. The role involves identifying relevant tenders, preparing accurate and compliant documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of tenders. This position is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to build a career in tender management and procurement within a structured and deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant tenders from online portals, newspapers, and official sources
• Prepare and compile tender documents in accordance with specified requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and compliance-related inputs
• Ensure timely submission of tenders (both online and physical submissions)
• Maintain proper records of submitted, approved, and rejected tenders
• Track tender deadlines, clarifications, addendums, and follow-ups

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 0 - 1 year experience (Preferred Industry Background: Tendering & Procurement)
• Basic knowledge of tendering and procurement processes
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously

Preferred Soft Skills

• Analytical and well-organized
• Proactive and responsible
• Team-oriented with good coordination skills
• Client- and process-focused mindset

Required Skills / Tools

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication
• Familiarity with online tender portals (preferred)

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred )

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
