Tender Estimator - Pre Contract

Location: UAE | Industry: Contracting / Construction

We are hiring an experienced Tender Estimator with minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a contracting company. The role requires strong pre-contracting expertise and hands-on experience in tender preparation and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs
• Manage end-to-end tendering and bid submissions
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
• Prepare pre- and post-tender clarifications

Requirements:

• 5+ years UAE experience as a Tender Estimator
• Mandatory contracting company background
• Strong pre-contracting and tendering experience
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying preferred
