Job Purpose

The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders/RFQs/RFPs from government, PSU, institutional, and large corporate clients for packaging products. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance, competitive pricing coordination, and timely submission to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new tender opportunities through government portals, e-procurement platforms, and client communications.
• Study tender documents and evaluate technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with production, costing, quality, and logistics teams to prepare techno-commercial bids.
• Prepare and submit tenders (online/offline) within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure compliance with EMD, BG, PBG, statutory documents, certifications, and eligibility criteria.
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and attend pre-bid meetings when required.
• Track tender status, follow up with clients, and support negotiations till order finalization.
• Maintain a tender tracker and database for submitted, awarded, and rejected tenders.
• Assist in rate contracts, empanelment, and vendor registrations.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of tender documents and pricing.
• Support sales and business development teams in expanding institutional accounts.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and e-procurement portals
• Understanding of packaging materials (HDPE, LDPE, PET, PP, BOPP, corrugated boxes, laminates, etc.)
• Costing and pricing coordination skills
• Good documentation and compliance management
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tender portals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Engineering / Packaging Technology
• Diploma or certification in procurement or tender management preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
