Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Identification & Research
  • Monitor GeM, CPPP, state govt portals, and international tender sites for opportunities in:
  • MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)
  • Events & Congresses
  • Travel services (air ticketing, rail, hotel bookings, transport, taxi/cab services)
  • Govt. agencies and PSU requirements.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline of upcoming RFPs, EOIs, and bids.
  • Tender Filing & Documentation
  • Prepare and file tenders for MICE, event management, government travel & transport solutions.
  • Draft technical proposals, financial bids, and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, operations, logistics) to collate required documents.
  • Ensure timely submission of bids with 100% accuracy.
  • Proposal & Bid Management
  • Create detailed proposals and costings for ticketing, transport & taxi services along with MICE/event bids.
  • Prepare company credentials, case studies, and customized presentations.
  • Assist in vendor empanelment processes for government and international organizations.
  • Liaison & Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact with government agencies, PSUs, procurement authorities, and international organizations.
  • Build strong vendor partnerships for logistics, hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
  • Coordinate with partners for consortium/joint bidding opportunities.
  • Compliance & Record Management
  • Ensure all submissions meet government and international procurement compliance norms.
  • Maintain detailed records of tenders (submitted, won, lost, in pipeline).
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on tender activities.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Track competitor bidding strategies and pricing trends in MICE, events, and travel sectors.
  • Suggest improvements in bid documents and strategies to increase win rates.
  • Identify new business opportunities in domestic & international govt. travel tenders.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in filing tenders on GeM, CPPP, or international tender portals.
  • Strong knowledge of MICE, events, conferences, govt. travel & transport requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GeM portal, and e-procurement systems.
  • Excellent drafting, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
