We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender & GeM Bid Application Administrator to manage government tenders and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) bid submissions. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bid handling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search, review, and participate in government tenders and GeM bids
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents online
  • Manage GeM portal activities including bidding, BOQs, and order acceptance
  • Ensure all statutory and compliance documents (GST, PAN, MSME, ISO, EPF, etc.) are updated
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and sales teams for bid inputs
  • Track tender status, order execution, and maintain proper records
  • Prepare reports on tenders submitted, awarded, and pending

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with GeM portal and e-procurement systems
  • Good knowledge of tender documentation and compliance
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and PDF handling skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred)
  • Experience in government tendering or GeM bidding is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year
