  We are seeking a Tendering Specialist to manage the full tendering cycle, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency in vendor selection.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end tender process from initiation to award.

  • Draft, review, and finalize tender documentation.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet schedules.

  • Support tender committee evaluations and decision-making.

  • Maintain audit-ready records for transparency.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Procurement Management.

  • Preferred: PMP certification.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
