Tender & Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tender & Sales Executive with experience in the Facility Management (FM) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive bids, and driving business growth through strong client relationships and strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and track relevant tender opportunities across government and private sectors
  • Prepare and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Procurement) to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment
  • Analyze tender requirements and ensure full compliance with specifications
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of bids
  • Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes
  • Generate new business leads and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of FM services (hard & soft services)
  • Structure service packages based on client needs
  • Collaborate closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery post-award
  • Ensure high levels of client relationship management and satisfaction

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering and sales within the Facility Management industry
  • Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple bids simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
