Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Identification & Market Analysis:
- Monitor tender opportunities in the roads and infrastructure sector via government portals (e.g., NHAI, PWD, state e-procurement), private portals, and industry publications.
- Analyse tender documents to assess eligibility, technical requirements, and project feasibility.
- Recommend participation in tenders based on strategic fit, capacity, and risk assessment.
- Bid Preparation & Submission:
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, and procurement teams to gather inputs for tender submissions.
- Prepare compliant, competitive, and timely proposals including technical, financial, and commercial components.
- Ensure accurate cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and bid pricing for civil infrastructure projects.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all submissions adhere to statutory, regulatory, and client requirements.
- Keep an organized record of submitted tenders, clarifications, and client communications.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Serve as the main contact point for client queries related to tenders.
- Liaise with project, engineering, and finance teams to validate technical and commercial details.
- Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations, including contract finalization.
- Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Track tender participation, win/loss ratios, and financial impact.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve tender success rates and internal processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience: 3–6 years in tender management, bid preparation, or estimation for roads, highways, and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of civil construction, roadworks, bridges, and related infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with government and private sector tender processes, e-procurement platforms, and contract requirements.
- Knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and technical evaluation criteria.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of civil engineering and construction practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (optional), and tender management software.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with focus on compliance and accuracy.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
