Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile, and submit government/ institutional/ private tenders accurately within deadlines.
- Maintain tender documentation, track submission status, and update management regularly.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of documents, materials, and quotations required for tenders.
- Follow up with vendors/suppliers regarding supply schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, logistics) to streamline tender and supply processes.
- Monitor payment cycles and follow up with clients/customers for timely release of payments.
- Maintain MIS reports on tender submissions, supply status, and payment collections.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and company requirements related to tendering and supplies.
- Handle vendor registration processes and documentation for tenders.
Requirements:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in tender submission, vendor coordination, and payment follow-up (preferably in Pharma/Healthcare/Manufacturing).
- Good knowledge of government e-tendering portals and processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based tender portals.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive in follow-ups.
