Tender & Technical Submittal Engineer (Fit-Out Projects)

About the Role

We are a reputable contracting company in the UAE specializing in interior fit-out works for government and corporate clients.
We are looking for a Tender & Technical Submittal Engineer to manage tender documentation, technical submittals, and data sheets with precision and attention to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Prepare complete tender submissions (technical and commercial).
• Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and design teams.
• Prepare and compile material submittals, compliance statements, and technical data sheets.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for technical information.
• Track submittal approvals and maintain document logs.
• Ensure full compliance with client and consultant requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Interior Engineering.
• Minimum 4–6 years UAE experience in fit-out / interior contracting.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and e-tendering portals (e.g., Aconex).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Deal Breakers

• Must have at least 4 years UAE experience in fit-out tendering.
• Must have hands-on experience preparing technical and tender submittals for government clients.
• Must be currently based in UAE and available for immediate interview.
• Must have excellent English documentation and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE experience in fit-out tendering: 4 years (Required)
• Hands-on preparing technical and tender submittals: 2 years (Required)
• Excellent English documentation and communication skills: 3 years (Required)
