Tendering & Business Development Manager

Experience: 8–20+ years in the construction sector (depending on seniority)

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

Lead tendering and estimation processes for large-scale construction projects.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Conduct market analysis and forecasting to identify business opportunities.

Navigate government authority procedures (municipality, civil defense, tender boards, etc.).

Proven track record of securing major projects in the GCC region.

Preferred Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional)

RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) for commercial/tender-focused roles

Certified Cost Engineer (CCE)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management (highly preferred in GCC)

MBA in Business Administration, Project Management, or Strategy is a strong advantage
