Tendering & Contracts Specialist – Offshore Wind Farm Projects

Minimum Criteria:

- Graduate degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
- Relevant experience in Tendering and Contracts finalization under EPC/Turnkey projects.
- Should have successfully executed a minimum of 2 EPC, Turnkey, or PPP projects in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:

- Lead the preparation of tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs for large-scale offshore wind farm projects.
- Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure technical and commercial compliance.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.
- Support project teams in resolving contractual disputes and claims.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure smooth tendering and contract management.
- Develop strategies for optimizing procurement and contracting to achieve cost efficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of EPC, Turnkey, and PPP contracting models.
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for technical and commercial contracts.
- In-depth understanding of tendering processes and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Certifications:

- PMP®, CCP (Certified Contract Professional), or equivalent certifications.
- Knowledge of FIDIC and international contracting standards.

Salary Range (Monthly):

₹3.5 – 5.5 Lakh per month, negotiable based on experience and project portfolio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
