Job Title: Tendering & Costing Engineer – Plumbing & Firefighting

Salary Range: ₹65,000 to ₹80,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare tenders, estimates, and costing for Plumbing & Firefighting works in residential projects.
• Study tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work.
• Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design, billing, procurement, and site teams for accurate costing.
• Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and technical submissions.
• Prepare comparative statements for vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Support management in finalizing bid pricing and negotiations.
• Maintain tender records, cost data, and MIS reports.
• Ensure costing is in line with project budget and company margins.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in Plumbing & Firefighting tendering and costing.
• Hands-on experience in residential projects (high-rise preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and estimation norms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and tendering/estimation tools.
• Sound understanding of IS codes, NBC, and firefighting norms.
• Good coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (preferred).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Plumbing & Firefighting tendering.
• Experience in large residential or township projects will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
