Tendering Engineer

Looking for "Tender Engineer" in one of the leading company "BANAVATHY POWER SYSTEMS PVT LTD" which have excellent track records in manufacturing electrical panels and afterwards sales services.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Analysing & responding to RFQ's (Request for Quotations).
• Assisting & supporting the Tender Managers with enquiries.
• Maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems.
• Support in compiling Tender Response Documentation.
• Provide administrative support to other teams as required.
• Responsible for Technical/ Engineering delivery of proposals/Tenders for all assigned Tenders.
• Thoroughly review Tender Documents which includes Design Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Data Sheets, Calculations etc. and clearly define the scope of project.
• Prepare technical submittals as per Bid/Tender Requirements.
• Prepare/raise pre-tender queries etc and coordinate with owner department/client for clarification.
• Involve in all post tender activities till contract award including clarification of post tender queries, negotiation etc.
• Prepare and manage tender plan in conjunction with allocated Tender/Project Manager to ensure all defined deliverables are managed within agreed timeframes.
• Prepare all internal tender process approval documents throughout the tendering phase and ensure approvals are made in a timely manner.
• Ensure appropriate tax, currency hedging and cashflow requirements are defined and included for within the cost estimate and/or qualifications, with necessary finance approvals.
• Maintain up to date and comprehensive clarification registers for client and subcontractors.

Key Requirements:-

• Must have B.(EEE) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Must have relevant work experience(from 2 to 6yrs).
• Proficient user of MS-Office and Auto Cad.
• Convenient with E-Procurement/E-Tendering procedures.
• Ability to adapt to a fast changing work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize to meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
