URGENT HIRING: Tender & Estimation Engineer (Estimator)

We are urgently seeking a competent and well-experienced Tender & Estimation Engineer (Estimator) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have reliable, relevant experience in Interior Design Fit-out and Joinery projects, along with strong technical and estimation skills. Candidates must also be fully knowledgeable in tender preparation and submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes to ensure complete understanding.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
• Handle tender clarifications, documentation, and final submissions.
• Ensure all tender requirements and deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in Interior Fit-out and Joinery estimation within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of materials, market pricing, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and technical skills.
• Must be currently in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi).
• Immediate availability is required.
• Experience with fit-out, or turnkey projects
• Knowledge of local market pricing and sourcing
• Familiarity with standard forms of contract. FIDIC is a plus
