🚀 We’re Hiring: Associate – Tender Management (Government Projects) | Physics Wallah

📍 Location: Noida (On-site) | 🕒 Full-time | 💼 Experience: 1–2 Years

Are you skilled in e-tendering and government project documentation? Join Physics Wallah (PW) as an Associate – Tender Management and play a key role in driving our Government Partnership initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender lifecycle — from identifying opportunities on GeM , CPPP , and state e-procurement portals to preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders for timely closures.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Monitor and track tenders daily across GeM, CPPP, and state/PSU portals.
• Identify relevant government tenders matching PW’s offerings.
• Manage the complete tender process — documentation, pre-bid queries, submission, and follow-ups.
• Handle EMD, PBG, and BOQ documentation.
• Maintain and update a centralized tender tracker and performance dashboard.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial bid preparation.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in Business, Commerce, Engineering , or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in government tendering and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, eProcurement , and PSU portals (NTPC, BHEL, GAIL, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel dashboards , pivot tables, and tender tracking tools.
• Good understanding of NIT/RFP/BOQ/EMD and compliance procedures.
