Tendering Specialist

We are seeking a Tendering Specialist with solid experience in fit-out projects to join our team. Only candidates who meet all mandatory requirements will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full tendering cycle from inquiry to submission
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications in detail
• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, and operations)
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant tenders
• Handle post-tender clarifications and negotiations
• Maintain updated records of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors

Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Required)

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in tendering/estimation
• Strong, hands-on experience in fit-out projects is a must
• Previous experience in KSA is mandatory
• Proven ability to manage and submit tenders independently
• Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors

Preferred (Plus)

• Familiarity with estimation/tendering software (e.g., Candy, Primavera, or similar)
