Tendering/Pricing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company registration and prequalification on tendering platforms
• Maintain and update the company profile and tender documentation
• Establish automated pricing system for company 
• Establish tendering role and specification for company 
• Prepare and submit tender proposals with new solutions in submitted proposal for project owner
• Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications
• Analyze project scope, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and pricing proposals
• Conduct quantity take-offs and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Develop competitive and accurate pricing strategies
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
• Prepare and submit compliant technical and commercial proposals on time
• Ensure adherence to client requirements and company standards
• Respond to client queries and support negotiation processes
• Manage technical documentation, including drawings and material submittals
• Support procurement by verifying technical compliance of materials and equipment
• Resolve technical issues and discrepancies during tendering and execution stages

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of estimation and tendering processes
• Good understanding of construction, landscaping, or engineering projects
• Proficiency in Excel and estimation software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
