Key Responsibilities * Production enough quantity with best quality for plants to meet company requirments  and suppliyng contracts.*Maintaining an accurate inventory of all plants, tracking stock levels, and forecasting future production needs to align with project pipelines.* Training labor and stuff with operation in nursery, like irrigation, propagation, burning all maintanance.*Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, yearly production plans.*Preparing  daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports. * Overseeing all aspects of plant propagation, including seeding, cuttings, and grafting, to meet production targets. * Managing the daily care and maintenance of all nursery stock, which involves watering, feeding, and pruning to ensure optimal health and growth. * Implementing and managing integrated pest and disease control programes to protect plant quality. * Ensuring all plants meet the company's high-quality standards before being supplied to landscaping projects. * Collaborating with the landscape design and project execution teams to ensure the timely availability of specified plant species. * Maintaining the nursery's infrastructure, including irrigation systems, to ensure efficient and sustainable operations. * Keeping the nursery environment clean, safe, and well-organized. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: * Proven experience working in a commercial plant nursery or a similar horticultural production environment. * Strong practical knowledge of plant propagation techniques, soil science, and plant nutrition. * In-depth understanding of pest and disease identification and control methods. * Familiarity with the diverse range of plants, trees, and shrubs suitable for the climate in Riyadh and the wider region. * Experience operating and maintaining nursery equipment and irrigation systems. * Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. * A formal qualification (degree or diploma) in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related discipline is highly desirable. * The ability to perform physically demanding tasks in an outdoor environment.

Plant Nursery Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities *Make a database for all customers (construction projects , construction companies, landscaping companies and other nurseries.*Make a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily sales plan.* Make  a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily reports.*Daily visit report.* Achieve sales target. * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand our client base. * Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Understand client requirements to effectively present and recommend our end-to-end solutions, from design concept to on-ground implementation and maintenance. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs. * Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Collaborate closely with our design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably within the landscaping, horticulture, or construction industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently. * Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. * A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable. * Knowledge of landscaping, softscape, hardscape, or irrigation systems would be a significant advantage. * Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.

Sales Representative Specialist

Key Responsibilities *Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, Tik Tok including desigen and content*Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.*Manage company online stores with ads, with adding new product, new content, replying for all customer, solving  their concerns, following up with orders, and emptying the cart, with establishing new online stores*Maintain good relationships and agreements with bloggers and influencers to run campaigns.  * Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy across all relevant channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. * Create engaging, high-quality, and relevant content, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and social media updates, that communicates the value of our landscaping, irrigation, and design services, visiting company nurseries and projects to create  updated video and picture to post in social media. * Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics. * Manage and establishing  the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date with current projects, optimized for search engines, and provides an excellent user experience. * Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay current with digital marketing trends within the horticulture and contracting industries. * Collaborate with our design and project management teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity. Qualifications * Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role. * A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. * Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. * Creative and adept at content creation, with a keen eye for visual detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in the landscaping, construction, or a related visual industry would be an advantage. * A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
