Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new tender opportunities through various channels (government portals, tender platforms, industry contacts).
- Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs) to determine project requirements, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with estimating, planning, procurement, legal, and project management teams to compile all necessary technical and commercial inputs.
- Prepare and submit accurate, competitive, and compliant tender documents within specified deadlines.
- Maintain and update a database of pricing, subcontractor quotes, supplier lists, and historical bids.
- Conduct post-tender clarifications and assist in negotiations as needed.
- Monitor and track tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain templates, procedures, and best practices for the tendering process.
- Ensure all tenders comply with internal governance and client-specific compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering, estimating, or business development within the construction industry.
