Terminal Operation Specialist (Mandarin Required)

· According to the requirements of the headquarters and combined with business needs, develop the last mile delivery service provider (DSP) in Puerto Rico, build a transportation and delivery network, and achieve stable timeliness and quality;

· Responsible for the service experience provided by service providers in the cities under their jurisdiction, improve the operation quality (cost and timeliness) of service providers and transportation networks

· Combined with the business situation and regional environment, be responsible for the evaluation, review and summary of special policies in the region, put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions on network construction and franchising, and coordinate regional business risk early warning and response work;

· Responsible for the collection and analysis of competitor information, and participating in the formulation of policies such as distribution fees and terminal transportation subsidies based on regional operating status.

· Coordinate and communicate with various departments regarding daily quality issues related to Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).

· Work closely with DSPs to address and resolve any issues promptly.

· Ensure that daily delivery performance metrics are met, focusing on successful delivery rates and quality standards.

· Monitor delivery performance data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSPs to foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Requirement:

• At least two years of experience working in managing drivers or delivery industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
