Terminal Supervisor

Responsibilities:

· Comprehensive supervision of all terminal operations during assigned shifts (e.g., Baggage Management, MHB, L&L Management, driver allocation, passenger convenience etc.), as per the detailed job description provided by HR.

· Ensure that all staff adhere to safety, security, and operational guidelines at all times.

· Act as the main point of contact during the shift for any issues or emergencies.

· Respond to customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

· Work closely with customer service to keep operations running smoothly.

· Monitor terminal equipment and facilities and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

· Maintain proper shift handover notes and daily reports for management.

· Assist in audits, inspections and emergency procedures as needed.

Requirements and skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service Management, Hospitality Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Good knowledge of operational and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Flexible to work at any assigned location as per company requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
