Role Purpose

Provides specialist technical leadership for terminal HVAC systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain HVAC assets; manage indoor air quality and comfort; monitor BMS alarms; optimize PM; manage cooling complaints; support energy initiatives and OEM interventions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

10+ years in HVAC operations.

Required Courses / Certifications

ASHRAE; BMS; refrigerant handling; HVAC controls; energy management.

Language

Fluent English; Arabic preferred.

Key Skills

Troubleshooting; system balancing; BMS interpretation; comfort analysis.
