Territory Account Manager

Position Summary:

Represent the company in a professional matter while providing service to exiting accounts and develop new relationships in Northwestern United States. Responsible for supporting our current customer base with the ability to understand the technical application and utilization of our products, as well as manage a customer base with different levels of needs and complexity. Manages sales cycle; communicates and negotiates sales contracts with customers.

Ideal Locations: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts.
  • Analyzes customer needs.
  • Coordinate plans with Sales management.
  • Plans, organizes and manages a sales territory and balances the requirements of multiple business units. Identifies and targets new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace.
  • Makes sales presentations, communicates price increases, and negotiates sales contracts with customers.
  • Educates customers on new products and industry changes.
  • Help customer achieve the goals

Requirements:

  • Commercial Orientation. Understands the markets and applications in which our products add value
  • Communications Skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with potential customer as well as understand the needs of current customers
  • Customer Relationship Skills.
  • Technical applications
  • Computer skills (word and excel)
  • Target new customers and develop business plans
  • Abel to travel and have clean record
  • Bachelor/University degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
  • 5-7 years experience in chemical sales or services required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,117.00 - $120,751.00 per year
